Anyone can place an order on www.fileone.ie. Once you are located in Ireland whether you are an individual consumer or a business you can save money on your office supplies needs by ordering from www.fileone.ie.
When will my order be delivered?
If you order before 4.30pm and the items are in stock, your order will be delivered on the next business day. Some furniture items may take longer to deliver but you can contact us before you place you order and we will give you an exact delivery lead time.
How is my order delivered?
All orders are delivered by courier and have to be signed for by the person receiving the goods. We cannot give an exact delivery time, all orders are delivered Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays)
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by Visa Card, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Laser Card or PayPal. We offer 30 day credit terms to business customers who pass a credit check.
My items are damaged, what should I do now?

What if I change my mind about the goods?
If you make a purchase on the Internet, through any website including fileone.ie, you have seven business days from the day of receipt of the goods to change your mind and demand a refund and return the goods.
How do I return goods?
Please contact us immediately on 1890 987800. You legally have the right to return the items up to seven business days after the date of receipt of the goods. The goods must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Due to health and safety regulations you cannot return food items, beverages and items of clothing.
