Delivery & Returns

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 4.30pm will be delivered on the next business day between 9am and 5pm. Orders placed after 4.30pm will be delivered in 1-2 business days. Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday, a specific delivery time cannot be given and all deliveries are by courier and must be signed for so please ensure someone is available to do so. Orders placed on Friday before 4.30pm will be delivered on Monday (Excluding bank holidays).

All orders placed online on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. All office furniture items are on a 2 to 7 day delivery timescale.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is FREE on all orders over €60 excluding VAT. Orders under €60 excluding VAT are subject to a delivery charge of €6.95 excluding VAT.

Furniture & Bulky Items

Our couriers are only insured to deliver to the ground floor only. If you require items to be delivered to an upstairs floor you will have to arrange this yourself. All furniture items are flat packed and require self assembly.

For certain items such as safes, cabinets and heavy furniture an additional charge may apply depending on the weight of the item and the ease of access to the building it is being delivered to. We will advise you of any additional charges before we ship your order.

Returning Items

Please contact us immediately on 1890 987800. You legally have the right to return the items up to seven business days after the date of receipt of the goods. The goods must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Due to health and safety regulations you cannot return food items, beverages and items of clothing.
